Content overview

Students will attain skills in creative writing, comprehension, grammar and proper register usage. They will study set textbooks as they prepare for the CHISZ Examination at the end of Form 2. The syllabus aims to promote the Shona culture to foster diversity. At the end of the period, students will write 1 paper encompassing all the components.

Form 1 & 2 L2 Syllabus (for students who are non-Shona speakers)

The L2 syllabus encourages students to appreciate the Shona culture as well as other cultures. It is designed in such a way that students interact with other cultures and discuss similarities and differences. At the end of the syllabus, students will have an Oral and a Written CHISZ Examination.
