Mr Phiri will take over from Mr John Farrelly who will be assuming new responsibilities as headmaster of the College. Mr Phiri has risen through the leadership structures of the College and as one of the divisional heads, he has a good understanding of the administrative structures of the College.
Mr Phiri joined St George’s College in 2010. He graduated from the University of Zimbabwe with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics and from UNISA with a post-graduate certificate in Education.
The Board is confident that Mr Phiri will support the incoming headmaster in maintaining high standards at the College.
We congratulate Mr Phiri on his appointment.
