The College suggested that you use the Adidas Runtastic App, but you are more than welcome to use any other preferred app as long as it records all your running details.
Please could you go through the Online Result Submission Form as well as the document sent previously to prevent any mishaps from occurring on the day.
If you are training/running on public roads, please do so with extreme caution! A tragic incident occurred this morning caused by a reckless driver so please remain alert at all times.
