To allow our athletes to remain competitive in their respective sports, a strategic decision was made to construct a new state-of-the-art Strength and Conditioning Centre, equipped to international standards. This facility has recently been completed and we look forward to seeing our athletes using it to its full capacity and as a result, dominating on the sports field!
